THE MASTERPLAN
Dorchester Living has submitted a hybrid planning application for the future vision of Heyford Park, a defining moment in the transformation of this historic brownfield site into one of the UK’s most ambitious and sustainable new communities.
The plan reflects years of local engagement, with input from residents, schools, businesses, and community groups. The design process has been led in collaboration with renowned consultants Proctor & Matthews Architects and Kim Wilkie, with a wider support group of specialist consultants, the application embraces the landscape, history and future potential of Heyford Park.
